Market Grounds’ is a flagship hospitality destination in the heart of the bustling commerce and culture hub of Perth CBD. The project boasts over 1,000 sq m of bar and dining spaces across three levels. A licensed alfresco zone flows out onto Kings Square.
Inspired by European piazzas, the design creates an invisible transition between the interior, alfresco zones, and beyond. The internal curvilinear lines continue to flow seamlessly through the market garden-themed alfresco zone and onto the new Kings Square plaza to extend organically into Perth’s newly established public realm.
